Emma has actively been involved in supporting people with their fitness and nutrition for over twenty years. She is a true believer in maximising your performance from what you eat – after all, you wouldn’t put diesel in an unleaded car!
As an elite athlete on the Team GB Aerial Ski Team, Emma truly understands the importance of fuelling your body correctly in the lead-up to a competition, and the day itself so that you perform at your best. This, combined with the right training and mental focus puts you in a good position to excel in your chosen field.
Emma also worked as a chef on superyachts for seven years and is an expert at tailoring menus to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.
Emma has an advanced diploma in nutrition and is a Level 3 personal trainer. She has also started her masters in Exercise for Health.
Emma is one of eight senior hypopressives trainers in the UK. Hypopressives is a breathing technique designed to strengthen your core, improve posture and reduce stress & anxiety: Perfect for competitive riders, and for calming pre-competition nerves!
In her spare time Emma trains regularly at Colchester School of Gymnastics and competes in national competitions. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.
